Sunday 26th October, no doubt was spent in bed savouring that extra hour under the duvet by most of you. However, for me and Al the morning was spent in Costa enjoying a hot cup of chai latte, whilst discussing our flowers for our special day next year with our florist Natalie. Then, after browsing the Christmas decorations, we took a walk over to a cosy pub where I had a nice glass of gin, before venturing back out in the cold for a quick walk around the local park. Luckily for me the lovely people from Brakeburn had sent me some cosy pieces that I have been unable to put down since they arrived.
My navy insulated coat has been amazing and makes me feel like I am wrapped up in a warm cocoon, whilst also being stylish enough that I actually look like I have made an effort with myself. With November 5th marking ‘Guy Fawkes Night’ next weekend I am already very excited about going to watch a firework display over in Surrey. Normally, I would be wanting to stay indoors under a cosy blanket on the sofa whilst enjoying X-Factor and in full hibernation mode. But thanks to my new coat I am eager to get out and savour all of the delights that Autumn and Winter has to offer. I have already decided to pair my coat with my beautiful tanned boots from Brakeburn to help keep my legs extra warm, whilst I enjoy the fireworks and a tasty hot dog.
The days may be drawing in earlier and the temperatures may be set to plummet to a rather cool -11C but with my beautiful new pieces from Brakeburn I am very excited about going for Winter walks in Wales next month whilst keeping toasty.

I would love to know what your Winter essentials are. Happy Halloween for 2017.
* Thank you to Brakeburn for very kindly sending me some products to review. I only ever work with brands I love, and all opinions are my own.
